Professor Melanie Davies Inaugural Lecture - 'Women’s Health – a long-haul flight’ took place on Tuesday 16^th July 2024 in the UCH Education Centre, 250 Euston Road.Ìý There were over 60 people in attendance, with present and previous colleagues and friends and family, with an additional 30 + people joining online.

The lecture was introduced by Dr Francoise Shenfield and Dr Stuart Lavery made the closing remarks.

It was fascinating to listen to Melanie’s lecture and to hear about her career as a consultant gynaecologist and the impact her research has had on many women.Ìý

Her lecture was followed by a drinks reception.
