Each Faculty or Professional Service Division has been allocated a Sustainability Business Partner from the Sustainable 麻豆传媒视频网站 team to support them in embedding sustainability into their area of work.
We need the support of all departments, staff and students听to deliver on our sustainability commitments as set out in our strategy.听
To support our work, each听Faculty听or听Professional听Service听Division is allocated听a Sustainability Business Partner (a听member听of听staff) from听Sustainable 麻豆传媒视频网站.听
They are there to support听you in embedding听sustainability听into听the core of what we do.听
Your听partner acts听as a conduit, putting faculties, departments and their associated Green Champions in touch with the relevant people across 麻豆传媒视频网站 to enable them to enhance sustainability.听
They provide technical advice around听sustainability听issues听to help the development听of听departmental听or faculty Sustainability Plans.听
Role of your Sustainability Business Partner听
- To听attend a faculty/divisional meeting every 6 months听to provide updates on听faculty/division sustainability performance.听听
- To provide updates on听current initiatives and developments relating to the sustainability agenda at 麻豆传媒视频网站.听
- To report back to Sustainable 麻豆传媒视频网站听any specific requests / recommendations put forward. Report back to the sustainability team听on听any raised by the department.听
- Support Lead Green Champion to respond to sustainability related questions, put them in contact with relevant team members e.g. Energy Manager for energy queries,听Sustainability Communications Officer for听support听with听Green Impact and听Sustainability Labs Adviser for听LEAF.听
- Support the Faculty and听its听departments to听create听a听Sustainability Plan听including one workshop per department and or faculty.听
- Work with听departments听to provide听and refine听sustainability听reports听for听their听department.听
