Congratulation to Dzmitry Suslau, who passed his PhD viva with minor corrections. His PhD, entitled 'Between Public Art and the Monument: National Identity and Memory in Contemporary Kaliningrad, Minsk, and Vilnius’ was examined by Dr Uilleam Blacker, Associate Professor in the Comparative Culture of Russia and Eastern Europe at SSEES, and , University of Leeds. Dzmitry's supervisors were ProfÌýRichard Mole, Professor of Political Sociology at SSEES,Ìýand Dr Andrew Harris, Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Department of Geography.
