Michael Plouffe is Lecturer in International Political Economy at Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾. His research examines the relationships between institutions, policies, and firms in a global economy. His work on the US focuses on trade policy, both in the politics behind its formation and its effects across the economy. Plouffe received his PhD from University of California, San Diego.
