Job description

Experience with Health Data Science and basic epidemiology as well as knowledge of Python programming and use of Jupyter notebooks. You will have experience with basic statics and running statical analysis with either STATA and/or R and experience with databases and writing and explaining SQL queries. Experience with working on a Linux terminal basic commands and running programs. Some experience from human genetic analysis to help explain concepts.

Key responsibilities

  • Class preparation and meeting with lecturers/module organisers;
  • Teaching assistance through the facilitation of seminars and/or workshops;
  • Marking students' work;
  • Giving feedback to students;
  • Provide walkthrough of solutions to previous weeks practical’s
