This annual winter event provides an opportunity for the Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ community to come together to meet with friends and start the festive season.ÌýÌý

The evening will be hosted by Aimie Chapple, Vice-President (Operations) and have an upbeat and inclusive atmosphere, with festive treats and music.

This year will also include a new tradition, as we celebrate the first Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Festive Bauble Design Competition winner! The bauble will be displayed on the Bloomsbury tree and across Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ campuses throughout December.

Best of all, if you are looking for gifts for family and friends – the bauble will be available for purchase on the night at a pop-up stand. The bauble will also be available to purchase at the North Lodge Welcome Point (by the main gates to the Quad), Gather&Gather outlets on campus, and at the

Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ has teamed up with Gather&Gather to provide catering at the festive event. The seasonal menu will include the options of:

• Turkey burger with bacon and cranberry chutney,
• Roast Potato dippers with garlic sour cream
• Roasted pepper aioli dips

To drink, there will be tea, coffee, hot chocolate and mulled wine and mulled apple.ÌýWhile, for sweet treats you can dig into mince pies and gingerbread biscuits.

Catering Outlets will be open on Monday, 4 December from 4-7pm and on both 5 and 6 December from 11:30am-6:30pm.

This event is free and open to all Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ students, staff and guests - just turn up!

Please be aware that Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾'s main Quad has a limited capacity. The entrance and exit to the event will be via the main gates to the Quad. No other entry to the Quad will be granted.

If necessary, places at this event will be limited and access will be granted by security on a first come, first served basis to manage crowd control and safety at the event.ÌýÌýÌý
