Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Libraries helping with exam revision: increased loan entitlements

Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Library Services staff are committed to supporting your learning, and we know that the exam period can be a stressful time, so we have made improvements to the service we provide you.

Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Libraries helping with exam revision: increased loan entitlements

Your responses in student surveys have highlighted that you would like to be able to borrow a larger number of books. We have listened to your feedback. From Monday 18 April, Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ students can borrow more books and library items.

We have increased the number of loans permitted for undergraduate and postgraduate taught students from 10 to 15. While research postgraduates' entitlement has increased from 20 to 25 items.

The majority of our libraries provide self-service kiosks for issuing and returning books, so you can take advantage of your increased entitlement during . For libraries which do not yet provide self-service kiosks, we will install new equipment in .

24/7 Opening hours

The Main Library, Science Library, Cruciform Hub and selectedÌýÌýare open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can find more information on opening times for all library sites on theÌýÂ鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ÌýLibrary Services website. To minimise disruption to study, we don't allow any events to be held in the Flaxman Gallery or Library spaces between 1 January and the end of Term 3 June 10.

You can study at any of the 18 Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ libraries. Information about current building works near our libraries and seating availability at our busiest libraries can be found on the Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Libary Services 'Where can I study?' webpage.

provides online versions your reading list, ensuring quick and easy access to course readings.

Laptop Loans are available in the Main and Cruciform library, as well as in the Royal Free Hospital Medical Library and Whittington Healthcare Library.

Finally, a vending machine is now available in the Science Library.
