NSS - Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ students' satisfaction

87% of Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ final-year students responding to the 2007 National Student Survey declared themselves satisfied with the quality of their courses. This compared with a national figure of 81%.

Among Russell Group (research-intensive) universities, Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ was placed top in London and joint third nationally in overall satisfaction.

The NSS is an opportunity to give feedback on all aspects of university life including:

•ÌýÌý Ìýacademic support

•ÌýÌý Ìýorganisation and management

•ÌýÌý Ìýlearning resources

•ÌýÌý Ìýpersonal development.

Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ welcomed the graduating students' perceptions of their learning experience. As in previous years, the university will reflect upon the detailed results and endeavour to enhance its provision accordingly.

The survey was commissioned by the Higher Education Funding Council for England and is administered by Ipsos MORI, an independent research agency.
