This module considers the new forms of art activism that are emerging in Latin America through a series of case studies, examining how these works document, conceptualise, make visible and aesthetically mediate social and environmental issues and campaigns, imagine or create possibilities for social and political transformation, and re-form narratives or re-shape political imaginaries.
