This guide explains how to schedule a meeting in Zoom.

±·´Ç³Ù±ð:ÌýFrom 3 July 2024 newly created Zoom accounts for staff will beÌý³Ü²Ô±ô¾±³¦±ð²Ô²õ±ð»åÌýby default. An unlicensed account allows you to join a meeting hosted by someone else and to host a meeting for up to 40 minutes. If you need to host a longer meeting, please follow the process to request a staff Zoom licence. There is no change to the process for student licences.
- If you are logged in to the Zoom app, click on theÌý²õ³¦³ó±ð»å³Ü±ô±ðÌýicon. If you are logged in via a browser, click onÌýschedule a meetingÌýon the top menu, orÌýmeetings and thenÌýschedule a New Meeting.
- Once you have opened the meeting scheduler, fill in your meeting details

- Once you have set up your meeting as required, click on schedule to schedule your meeting.
