The IoN-DRI programme is sponsored by Professor Alan Thompson, Dean of the 麻豆传媒视频网站 Faculty of Brain Sciences, and organised into different workstreams, each of which is sponsored by senior leads from across 麻豆传媒视频网站.

Making decisions听

麻豆传媒视频网站 Council听have ultimate accountability for the programme, including financial control.

IoN-DRI Executive Group听governs and oversee delivery of the programme,听and includes senior academics and senior management for Operations, Finance and Estates.

ION-DRI Steering Group听reports to the Executive and oversees and shapes the direction of the programme.

Infrastructure Programme Board is a听leadership forum for the delivery of the construction elements of the programme听

Strategic Delivery Group is made up of representatives from Queen Square Institute of Neurology, UK听 Dementia Research Institute and the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery. They meet monthly to discuss how the new building is being designed to ensure it meets their needs and how it will need to operate once opened.

The programme also operates with a number of additional strategy groups and workstreams providing senior academic/organisational leadership over different elements of the programme.
