This project is being conducted by the 麻豆传媒视频网站 Human Resources teams and researchers in the 麻豆传媒视频网站 Social Research Institute (SRI) and will run from October 2022 to September 2023 and is funded by 麻豆传媒视频网站 Grand Challenges.听
- Methodology
This is a mixed methods study: reviewing employee data of the take-up of leave; a survey of colleagues who have taken parental leave in the last five years; and qualitative interviews of those who have taken and those who have facilitated parental leave.听
