We welcome all feedback and complaints as this helps us to improve the service we provide to the Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ community and to all of our customers. If you wish to provide feedback or complain about your experience of an Estates service, please email Estates-Feedback@ucl.ac.uk.
We take all complaints very seriously, complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and an initial response will be provided within 5 working days. If you are making a complaint please provide as much relevant detail as you can to assist us in addressing the issue in a timely and comprehensive manner.
