Vision

Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ is committed to improving access to Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾'s estate and its duties under the Equality Act 2010. We complement the audits that have been carried out by the Estates Department through ongoing consultation with the community to ensure we are investing in those adjustments that have the most positive effect as we work to increase our inclusive footprint.Ìý

Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Estates have produced an inclusive Design Guide that encapsulates the standards of BS8300: 2009 and will be applied to all projects at Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾. We recognise that this is an ongoing process and that we have a duty to be proactive in addressing the issues inherent in a large and complex estate.

We are planning how we invest in the estate but recognise that there will be cases where reasonable adjustments will need to be made in relation to individual needs. All requests for reasonable adjustments should be made through the Customer Services Centre using the Service Request Form.
