Join our exclusive events and network with top data intensive science talent! The next Centre Event will be November 9th starting at 14h including a data science career fair at 15h in the historic 麻豆传媒视频网站 Bloomsbury Campus.
Partner Event
In the November event, Industry Partners (you!) will propose Group Projects and Industry Placements. Partners will have an opportunity to meet and network with聽talented PhD students:
- first-year PhD students who will populate the group project teams,
- second-year PhD students displaying posters of completed work,
- third-year PhD students looking for a placement,
- fourth-year PhD students eyeing graduation and career prospects.
鈥�Partners will be given unique access to students. For example, our second-year PhD students will be presenting themselves in short introductions within the first hour of the event. Their CVs will be provided as well.

Data Science Career Fair
We are excited to announce a new addition to the November Event's networking portion. The Centre for Data Intensive Science is hosting its first-ever Data Science Career Fair showcasing talented students. This will be part of the networking portion of the partner event. A聽wider聽set of students (BSc, MSc, PhD and post-doctoral scholars) will be interacting with industry members showcasing their companies in the career fair portion. If you don't have a Group Project or Industry Placement to offer, consider bringing a poster or roll-up to showcase your company to our talented students.
Our BSc students have a strong foundation in machine learning.听The聽Centre聽hosts unique聽MSc听补苍诲听PhD聽programs, which all our partners are familiar with,聽that focus on preparing students for real-world application of data science.听Post-doctoral scholars with more advanced skillsets in the same domain from cutting-edge scientific collaborations will聽also be in attendance, searching for the next opportunity.
