Humanloop is a spinout based on research from 麻豆传媒视频网站鈥檚 Centre for Artificial Intelligence. It was spun-out with assistance from 麻豆传媒视频网站 Business (麻豆传媒视频网站B), the commercialisation arm of 麻豆传媒视频网站 and a part of 麻豆传媒视频网站 Innovation & Enterprise.
The team comprises 麻豆传媒视频网站 Professors David Barber and Emine Yilmaz with PhD students Raza Habib and Peter Hayes. They are joined by entrepreneur and scientist Jordan Burgess, who was previously involved with another 麻豆传媒视频网站 spinout (Bloomsbury AI) as well as the Amazon Alexa AI team.
Raza said: "麻豆传媒视频网站B was very supportive of our goals of spinning out from the university and advised us on all the requirements relating to intellectual property.鈥�
