Dr Alberto Alvarez Fernandez joined the Department of Chemical Engineering at 麻豆传媒视频网站 in November 2018 as a postdoctoral researcher on an EPSRC project titled 鈥淏lock copolymer-enabled mesopore sensing鈥�. He obtained his PhD in the University of Bordeaux as part of a LabEx AMADEus collaborative project between the LCPO (Guillaume Fleury) and the CRPP (Virginie Ponsinet), where he focused on the development of plasmonic nanostructured surfaces using block copolymers. Alberto is originally from Asturias and holds a MSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Oviedo.
