3 September 2014

MNF2014

Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Engineering (Chemical Engineering and ) proudly hosts the 4th Micro and Nano Flows Conference (MNF2014), taking place in the Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Roberts Building from 7- 10 September 2014.

The conference will be officially opened by the Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ President & Provost Professor Michael Arthur on Monday 8th September. Almost 200 delegates from the international microfludics community are expected to attend plus a number of exhibitors and publishers. 145 talks are planned covering thermal and fluid aspects of micro and nano flows, encompassing both thermofluids engineering and biomedical fluid mechanics, modeling and experimentation. The programme includes 6 keynote lectures by established researchers in the field, two minisymposia (on Mathematical Modelling of Multiphase flows and on Biomedical microfluidics of lab-on-a-chip technology ) as well as an expert session on New Ultrafine Optical Measurement Methods.
