Transforming our Professional Services (TOPS) is a two-year programme to improve professional services across Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾.Ìý

TOPS aims to support Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøվ’s core academic mission and Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ 2034 by delivering:

• more effective services and a more satisfied Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ community
• more fulfilling careers for staff
• a reduction in the proportion of spend on professional services over time, enabling more investment in academic activities.

Over the next 12 months TOPS will be aiming to design a target operating model that aligns with Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ 2034, fits a new 21^²õ³ÙÌýcentury Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ and delivers outstanding academic and student support and a rewarding environment for professional services staff to work in.Ìý
